Adam Sandler’s latest red carpet appearance wasn’t just about promoting his new stand-up special — it also sparked a wave of online buzz about his wife, Jackie Sandler.
The longtime couple turned heads as they stepped out for the event, but fans were especially quick to point out something uncanny: Jackie’s resemblance to one of Adam’s most well-known co-stars and friends, Jennifer Aniston.
Social media lit up with comments, many saying they had to do a double take when they saw photos of the couple — some even mistaking Jackie for Aniston at first glance.
Jackie, who turns 50 on September 24, has long kept a relatively low profile despite her Hollywood connections. But her story with Adam began decades ago on a movie set — not as a fellow star, but as a supporting actor.
Back in 1999, Jackie had a small role in Big Daddy, where Adam starred alongside a pair of young twins (Dylan and Cole Sprouse). At the time, she had just begun her career, making her debut in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo that same year.
That minor role would change her life. Adam, then rising as one of comedy’s biggest names, was smitten.
He later shared a heartfelt message on Facebook, reflecting on their first meeting: “22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deeply,” he wrote on July 31, 2020. “Young lady, look forward to the next 22. I will always love you, my forever girl.”
The couple married on June 22, 2003, in a ceremony filled with familiar faces — including the late Rodney Dangerfield and, of course, Jennifer Aniston.
Adam and Aniston have starred together in several films, including the Murder Mystery series. Despite their frequent on-screen chemistry, Adam has made it clear there’s no tension between Jackie and Jennifer — in fact, quite the opposite.
“My wife loves Jen,” he once explained. “She even gives me notes — ‘Give her a better kiss this time!’” he joked, poking fun at his often awkward movie smooches. “I always feel bad for whoever has to kiss me on camera.”
The playful relationship between the three has only fueled fans’ fascination, especially with Jackie and Jennifer’s similar looks.
