In a world where career choices often divide generations, Seka Black and her daughter Nessi are flipping the script — both are thriving in the adult entertainment industry, side by side.
In a candid YouTube interview, 70-year-old Seka and 23-year-old Nessi opened up about their unconventional journey into adult content creation, revealing a story full of surprising twists, unconditional support, and family teamwork.
Seka, a legendary figure in American adult film, skyrocketed to fame in the 1980s, earning the nickname “Platinum Princess of Porn.” Her striking looks and magnetic presence made her one of the biggest names of her time. She later shared her life story in her 2013 memoir, Inside Seka.
Growing up with two siblings, Seka described her upbringing as “plain and normal.” Her family eventually moved to Hopewell, Virginia, where she went by the nickname “Dottie.” During her teenage years at Hopewell High School, Seka’s beauty won her a local pageant title and ultimately led to her being crowned Miss Southside Virginia — a moment that hinted at her future stardom.
After retiring from a career in accounting, Seka embraced adult entertainment. “Now we’re just having fun,” she said with a laugh.
Nessi’s entry into the industry, however, came in a very different way. As a child, she learned about her mother’s career during a family trip to Disneyland when she stumbled upon explicit messages on Seka’s phone.
